Steamboat

My best friend, also Anna "Kai Ma Ma" invited us to her house on Saturday for a steamboat dinner. The steamboat ingredients that she prepared were awesome, almost every thing are fresh from the morning market. She had spent her whole Saturday on washing, cutting, boiling, cooking, chopping, cleaning etc....

We reached her house around 7pm, by that time, she were cleaning and chopping the crab to pieces! I am so amazed that she can manage a live crab! I love crab, but in my lifetime, i had never clean or chop a live moving crab. I had to admit she is a super women!

She had also prepared fresh squeeze orange and pineapple juice. As for desert, we had homemade ice blended red bean with ice cream. Anna and I were crazy about the desert and forgotten to take a pic of it. 

We really enjoy the dinner, Thanks Whitney!
